Retrofitting Homes
Does your home support you to live your life to the full? Peoplehood can advise you on ways to stay in your own home for longer. We will talk to you about your needs and give you advice on new products to support you to live independently for longer. Over the last few months, we’ve been carrying out 1:1 appointments and find out what, if any adaptations or retrofit works would make a difference to people remaining independent and what would help them at home. If selected for retrofits, these residents will benefit from changes to their homes that will help them to get around more easily and could also have really positive implications for their long term health.
